Product Information

The Merchant Automotive transfer case and Allison transmission speed sensor connector with wires is a wired replacement connector terminal designed to replace the factory connector terminal that can become brittle over time. The locking tab on an old connector can become brittle and break causing a loose connection that can cause erratic signals leading to frustrations and problems. If both the connector and wiring is damaged this is the replacement part that is needed. It includes a pair of heat shrink insulated 22-gauge butt connector terminals to connect the leads from the new connector to the existing wires in the truck.

This connector is used for the transfer case speed sensor connector on 2001-early-2007 Silverado and Sierra trucks as well as on 2001-2019 Allison transmission speed sensor connectors, each location can experience cracks and fatigue over time and can easily be replaced with this connector. Two wheel drive trucks have two or three speed sensors in the Allison transmission while four wheel drive trucks will have one or two in the Allison transmission and one in the transfer case. This part will also fit the three speed sensors on two wheel drive Medium Duty Allison 2000 transmissions from 2001-2019.

**For 2015.5-2019 trucks, this will fit for the output speed sensor position of the transmission only.  It will not fit at the turbine speed sensor location.**

NOTE: The number of speed sensors and connectors required depends on the make, model and options of the vehicle, consult the service manual to determine exactly how many speed sensors are present in your particular application.
