Online Return Policy
If you have received an incorrect part, damaged shipment or have anything missing from your order, we will make all reasonable attempts to correct the situation in a timely manner. You MUST notify us within 48 hours of the shipment being received by phone or email communication.
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required for all returns. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting a Merchant Automotive representative at (616) 772-9551 or emailing support@merchant-automotive.com. A copy of your RMA paperwork must be included with your returned items. Packages returned without an RMA will not be processed or refunded.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Returns must be in new, unused, resalable condition with all contents included in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the RMA number being issued to qualify for a refund.
Returns AFTER 30 days may not be accepted or may only be eligible for in store credit.
Opened parts are subject to inspection upon arrival and refunded AT OUR DISCRETION.
All kits, assemblies, or grouping of parts must be returned in their entirety for credit to be considered. Under NO circumstances will kits be partially refunded.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
