The power steering hoses in hydroboost-equipped General Motors 2500/3500 DIESEL pickup trucks from 2001-2010 are notorious for leaks, causing headaches for repair shops. Despite changing many of these hoses, available replacements have often been subpar, leading to rapid leaks post-installation. This challenges offering reliable "parts and labor" warranties. As experts in servicing diesel pickups, we faced this issue firsthand and decided to create a dependable solution.

Leveraging our industry connections and expertise in custom tubing and hose assemblies, we've developed an entirely new set of replacement power steering hoses. Our focus was on addressing the shortcomings of OEM parts. We experimented with various hose types and found that while Stainless Steel Braid over Teflon hose, similar to what we use in other assemblies, created excessive in-cab noise, non-braided hydraulic hoses we selected for production assemblies did not. We also tested permanent crimped tubing sections versus detachable hoses to ensure optimal performance across all scenarios. We're proud to introduce our final product, confident that it offers the best solution for these persistent issues.
